1. Introduction

Welcome to Sweet Waffle Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order through our website or any third-party delivery platform (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Sweet Waffle Ltd is registered in England & Wales under company number 16400783, with its registered office in Havant, Hampshire.

2. Our Products

We specialise in freshly prepared Belgian-style waffles made to order using Sephra Luxury Waffle and Pancake Mix (“Add Water Only”).

All images shown on the website or third-party platforms are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

Allergen statement:
Our waffle mix contains wheat (gluten), eggs, and milk. Products are prepared in an environment that may also handle soy and nuts. Customers with food allergies or intolerances should contact us before ordering.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders may be placed through our website or approved delivery partners (Uber Eats, Deliveroo).

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for operational or payment reasons.

4. Delivery and Collection

  • Deliveries are handled either by our team or by third-party couriers (Uber Eats, Deliveroo).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and location.

  • Once an order leaves our premises, responsibility for safe delivery passes to the courier.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are freshly prepared, cancellations are only possible within 5 minutes of placing the order (if preparation has not begun).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or

  • Orders not collected after courier arrival.

If you believe your order was delivered in error or unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours at costumers@sweetwaffle.uk with details and (if possible) a photo. We will investigate and issue a refund or replacement where appropriate.

6. Food Safety and Quality

All products are prepared in compliance with UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) regulations and under inspection by Havant Borough Council Environmental Health.
Our kitchen maintains a valid Food Hygiene Rating and Level 4 Food Hygiene Certification.Images shown on our website, menus, and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Because our waffles are freshly prepared by hand, the final product may vary in shape, presentation, and topping distribution.

7. Allergy and Dietary Information

  • Contains: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk.

  • May contain traces of soy and nuts.
    Although we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, and images on this website are the property of Sweet Waffle Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Waffle Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect loss, including delivery delays or allergic reactions where allergen information was clearly provided. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is processed securely in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. We do not store or share payment details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England.

12. Non-Food Items Disclaimer

Some of our products are served with non-edible components such as wooden sticks, paper trays, cardboard boxes, and decorative elements.
These items are NOT edible and must not be consumed.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to use all non-food items responsibly and acknowledges that these items are provided for handling, serving, or presentation purposes only.

Sweet Waffle Ltd is not liable for any injury, damage, or health issues resulting from the misuse or consumption of non-edible items.
