1. Delivery Information

We prepare all waffles fresh to order at our kitchen in Havant.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to Havant and nearby areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on driver availability, weather, and order volume.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time: 10–20 minutes depending on order size and location.

During peak hours, delivery may take longer. We will contact you if there are any delays.

Delivery fee

Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Contact during delivery

Please ensure your phone is reachable so our driver can contact you if needed.

If we cannot reach you and cannot deliver the order, the order may be cancelled without refund.


2. Allergens and Food Safety

All our waffles are freshly prepared in a kitchen that handles:

milk, eggs, gluten (wheat), nuts, peanuts, soya, chocolate, and other allergens.A full allergen list is available on our website and on product pages.⚠️ If you have a food allergy, you must inform us before placing your order.

Although we take care, cross-contamination is always possible.


3. Cancellations

Because all of our products are freshly prepared to order and fall under the category of perishable goods, the usual 14-day cancellation rights do not apply.

You may cancel your order only if:

  • preparation has not started yet, OR
  • you notified us immediately after placing the order.

Once preparation begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.


4. Refund Policy

We aim to deliver the highest quality waffles.

You may be eligible for a refund or partial refund only in the following situations:

Eligible for refund:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived significantly damaged
  • The food was unsafe to eat
  • Your order never arrived due to our fault

Not eligible for refund:

  • You changed your mind
  • You did not like the taste or toppings
  • You provided the wrong address or were unavailable
  • Preparation already started when you asked to cancel
  • Minor delays during busy hours

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with photos as evidence.
